Yoga for Beginners
Every Thursday for 9 weeks:
9.00 - 10.00am
20 April - 15 June
£72 for 9 week block
Join us on the mat for this 9 week course to discover yoga for the first time or to develop a deeper understanding of your practice. You will be introduced to the fundamental authentic principles of Hatha yoga. Asana (posture work), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation techniques will be introduced at a slower pace to embody the teachings.
