Yoga for Beginners
Every Thursday for 7 weeks:

The Seasonal Yoga approach works with the bodies energy appropriate to the particular season. Asana (Posture work), Pranayama (Breath work) and Meditation practices are adapted with the changing season to invigorate and nourish the vital life force; Prana within the bodies meridian lines to stimulate the linked organs of the season. Seasonal Yoga is about living in tune with nature. As the energy within the seasons shift so does the yoga practice. Join us on the mat to discover yoga for the first time or to develop a deeper understanding of your practice.
