Wednesday 18th July 2018, 9.00 - 10.00am
TWENTYONE Cafe + Kitchen, Market Place, Wells
Relaxed and friendly, this is "grown up" networking that has helped many local businesses win new contracts and has brought about fabulous collaborations.
This is the last Coffee and Croissants event until September!
Our speaker this week will be Coffee and Croissants regular Barry Tinton: "He's offside Ref" Communication lessons from the rugby pitch that help our working lives.
At Coffee and Croissants you won't be pressured to stand in front of strangers and "pitch" your business, you WILL find a room full of entrepreneurial kindred spirits - with experience you can relate to and skills that will help you take your business to the next level.
The format for Coffee and Croissants is:
9.00am - Arrival and casual networking
9.30am - Welcome, your chance to introduce yourself
9.35am - 10-minute speaker
10.00am - End (although you can stay longer ... and visit the market before heading back to work)
TWENTYONE Cafe + Kitchen is situated on Wells Market Place, just before Penniless Porch. You will find ample parking behind the Town Hall in the Pay + Display car park on South Street, adjacent to the Recreation Ground - or at the Union Street car park.
We have chosen to have Coffee and Croissants on a Wednesday so you can have the extra delight of browsing the Wells local produce market, which opens before 9.00am, so you can do a bit of shopping either before or after.
N.B. Your coffee (or tea) and a glorious bun or cake is included in your ticket price of just £8.00 + VAT - along with Eventbrite fees. The lovely folk at TWENTYONE have agreed that if you don't fancy your cake first thing in the morning you can take yours home to indulge yourself later.
