As a teenager there was no family Sunday without my yogurt cake.
Moving to London with dreams and plans, little did I know that my successful career at Harrods would give way to my passion for food and be replaced by an exciting opportunity at a small Brixton Bakery.
There I learned the ropes and eventually became a manager. A Perfect training ground for the current step - My own Cake Shop in the heart of Wells.
Celebration cakes are my specialty and telling stories through food makes that not only possible but very delicious. There’s no greater honour than to contribute to someone’s happiness in such important occasions.
